Do you love books? Have you ever considered giving writing a try? Have you read a book more than once because of how much you enjoy it?
I'd say, if you are here, you are at least curious about writing.
Probably the best advice you can give someone who wants to become a writer is to read, read, and keep reading. Read lots of books, different genres and styles to expose yourself to different writing techniques. This will help you develop your own voice and style. Having years of reading experience is the most helpful foundation for beginning to write.
You will also need to start writing. Try to make it a routine and write everyday, or almost every day. It's helpful for some people when they do it at the same time everyday.
Do whatever interests you, there are infinite options. But if you are unsure, you can begin by writing blog posts, and/or short stories. These will help you find out what you really like and you will slowly find your way.
If you are interested in some feedback, other than from the people around you, it is a good idea to connect with other writers online. You will get the feedback, and you will be able to share experiences, and learn from others.
There are many books on writing that offer valuable insights and tips. Consider reading works by experienced authors on the craft of writing.
Instead of telling someone "How to write", the following book serves as a journal, but where you can also unleash your imagination with the powerful tool of free writing, fostering spontaneity and enhancing writing fluency. Infused with motivational quotes, and creative writing exercises, "My Book" is your ideal writing companion, nurturing your creative spirit and inspiring you to define your writing style so that you will eventually be able to tell your story in your unique way.
Writing is a journey of continuous learning and improvement. Enjoy it and don't be discouraged by challenges along the way.
